The duct sensor is used to measure the supply and return air temperature in HVAC system. There are several sensor elements to choose from which guarantee compatibility with all popular DDC systems. There is a precision thermistor. The probes are epoxy sealed to prevent moisture from migrating into the probe. Field calibration is not generally required. The standard probe length is 12 inch. Custom probe lengths, wire types and sensor elements are available for large OEM projects. Ask about our plastics & metal manufacturing capabilities for custom housings as well.

Precision interchangeability eliminates the necessity for individual circuit calibration
Able to produce custom sensors in small volume a standard sensor pricing
The Boiler stack temperature sensor and thermowell are designed to monitor the temperature of boiler stacks, steam lines and other applications where the temperature is above the operating range of typical HVAC thermistor type sensors. Maximum operating temperature of 300 Deg C (570 DegF).
The room sensors are used to provide reliable, accurate temperature readings in surface-mount room environments, Energy Management Control Systems, compatible with all the leading control systems. They feature a standard plastic ventilated enclosure.
The tamper proof room temperature sensor with Torx security screws designed for use with building automation systems in commercial buildings, hospitals, museums or other facilities requiring accurate measurement of room temperature. This sensor can be directly mounted to drywall or an 11-10 electrical handy box.
This sensor is used to measure water temperature of heated or chilled water and other liquids found in the various mechanical systems of building. The sensor is especially intended for strapping to the outside of a pipe when there is no opportunity to install a well such as in a retrofit or additions to an existing system. The strap on probe is useful in applications such as monitoring batteries, transformers, generators, and generally any place where a complete assembly can not be mounted,Ice rink slabs and soil temperature are other applications.
This temperature probe is suitable for a variety or high temperature applications such as floor heating, solar heating systems and domestic hot water heaters to name a few. The sensor element is housed in a stainless steel probe which is 6mm diameter x 50mm [2in] long. The cable is 4.5 meter long and is a high temperature material that is tough and highly durable. The probe is available with custom thermistors and Pt elements, nearly all the popular ranges are available with very small minimum order quantity.
The temperature sensor is designed to measure outdoor air temperature in typical HVAC applications. Mounting is quick and easy using two screws and no electrical box. The thermistor is a well sealed stainless steel probe which is then inserted into a hard rubber PVC radiation shield. The cable is two meters long which allows terminating inside the building in an electrical enclosure or with flying leads. The cable can exit directly behind the probe and into the building through a hole, or it can exit vertically and run down the wall. A foam backing seals the hole in the wall if there is one and also serves to thermally insulate the probe from the wall. The probe is filled with thermal grease for quick response.
We have designed this clip-on temperature sensor for use with refrigerant lines and copper tubing in hydronics applications. The sensor installs easily without drilling and reacts to temperature changes in seconds. Industry standard sensor elements are compatible with all major controls systems.
This Probe Temperature Sensor comes standard with a 15mm Stainless Steel Temperature Sensor. This sensor is a 10K Thermistor, with an industry standard Type 2 curve.Connected to the end of the Sensor is 2 UL2468 26/2CAWG 105°C Black Wires with tinned ends.
These thermowells are designed for mounting temperature sensors in pipes and tanks. The thermowells are designed to handle this stress while providing good thermal contact with the fluid. They also provide isolation, if the sensor needs to be serviced the system can remain in operation without having to drain the lines. The thermowells are machined from a single piece of bar stock, there are no welds as found on competing products.
