The duct sensor is used to measure the supply and return air temperature in HVAC system. There are several sensor elements to choose from which guarantee compatibility with all popular DDC systems. There is a precision thermistor. The probes are epoxy sealed to prevent moisture from migrating into the probe. Field calibration is not generally required. The standard probe length is 12 inch. Custom probe lengths, wire types and sensor elements are available for large OEM projects. Ask about our plastics & metal manufacturing capabilities for custom housings as well.

The sensor measures temperature in stratified air such as the mixing sections of air handlers. The sensor has a standard 10k type 2 temperature-resistance curve compatible with all major control systems.
This sensor is used to measure the supply and return temperature in HVAC system. The flange mount design makes it easy to install the sensor in tight quarters. There are several sensor elements to choose from which guarantee compatibility with all popular DDC systems. The probe in the photo is our standard model which is always in stock, it has a 8″ probe and a 120″ cable, and employs either a precision thermistor or platinum film sensor, so field calibration is not required. The 10ft(3m) cable is “Plenum Rated”.
This temperature probe is suitable for a variety or high temperature applications such as floor heating, solar heating systems and domestic hot water heaters to name a few. The sensor element is housed in a stainless steel probe which is 6mm diameter x 50mm [2in] long. The cable is 4.5 meter long and is a high temperature material that is tough and highly durable. The probe is available with custom thermistors and Pt elements, nearly all the popular ranges are available with very small minimum order quantity.
The strap-on Insert sensor consists of a stainless steel sheath temperature sensor, thermal conducting compound, and an adjustable pipe bracket accessory. The stainless steel sheath temperature sensor is suitable for direct application to pipe surfaces for chilled or hot water measurement.
This Probe Temperature Sensor comes standard with a 15mm Stainless Steel Temperature Sensor. This sensor is a 10K Thermistor, with an industry standard Type 2 curve.Connected to the end of the Sensor is 2 UL2468 26/2CAWG 105°C Black Wires with tinned ends.
This sensor is used to measure the outside air temperature to allow the DDC system to coordinate the mechanical systems with actual building load conditions, enabling such strategies as free cooling, optimum start/stop, and supply temperature reset. The housing is made from PVC and stainless steel fittings which shield the probe from direct sunlight. There are three thermistor based models, and one RTD version to provide compatibility with the majority of DDC systems.
These thermowells are designed for mounting temperature sensors in pipes and tanks. The thermowells are designed to handle this stress while providing good thermal contact with the fluid. They also provide isolation, if the sensor needs to be serviced the system can remain in operation without having to drain the lines. The thermowells are machined from a single piece of bar stock, there are no welds as found on competing products.
The temperature sensor is designed to measure outdoor air temperature in typical HVAC applications. Mounting is quick and easy using two screws and no electrical box. The thermistor is a well sealed stainless steel probe which is then inserted into a hard rubber PVC radiation shield. The cable is two meters long which allows terminating inside the building in an electrical enclosure or with flying leads. The cable can exit directly behind the probe and into the building through a hole, or it can exit vertically and run down the wall. A foam backing seals the hole in the wall if there is one and also serves to thermally insulate the probe from the wall. The probe is filled with thermal grease for quick response.
