Probe Temperature Sensor

The duct sensor is used to measure the supply and return air temperature in HVAC system. There are several sensor elements to choose from which guarantee compatibility with all popular DDC systems. There is a precision thermistor. The probes are epoxy sealed to prevent moisture from migrating into the probe. Field calibration is not generally required. The standard probe length is 12 inch. The tamper proof room temperature sensor with Torx security screws  designed for use with building automation systems in commercial buildings, hospitals, museums or other facilities requiring accurate measurement of room temperature. This sensor can be directly mounted to drywall or an 11-10 electrical handy box.

This temperature probe is suitable for a variety or high temperature applications such as floor heating, solar heating systems and domestic hot water heaters to name a few. The sensor element is housed in a stainless steel probe which is 6mm diameter x 50mm [2in] long. The cable is 4.5 meter long and is a high temperature material that is tough and highly durable.The probe is available with custom thermistors  and Pt elements, nearly all the popular ranges are available with very small minimum order quantity.
